Why did you decide to start this business? I have been in food service for 30 years and when we moved to St. Matthews, I saw an opportunity to create a different dinning experience.
What accomplishments are you most proud of? Because I live here, I wanted to contribute to the community and provide a fun, casual venue for the local community. Having moved from NY, I have developed many friendships and relationships through the restaurant and it’s given me a lot of satisfaction.
What sets you apart from other businesses? I have various partnerships with local chefs to bring quality products to our clientele. We like to customize catering to everyone’s needs from 2 people to 200. We have a knowledgeable, friendly staff.
Do you have any other info to share? We appreciate 2 to 3 days advance notice for small catering and as early as possible for large events such as weddings.
