The public is invited to learn about careers within state government Monday, May 15, both virtually and in-person, from noon-3 p.m. at the State of South Carolina Career Fair. Offered both online virtually and in-person at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, the career fair offers participants the opportunity to:
• Learn about more than 25 state agencies and the benefits that come with working for the state
• Talk or chat one-on-one with recruiters to learn about careers with the state
• Easily submit applications for jobs

Participants in the Career Fair, both virtual and in-person, should have their resumes in-hand and dress for success, as both formats offer the potential for discussions with agency recruiters.
The state of South Carolina currently has more than 2,000 positions open in every field, from entry level to executive level management.
