Calhoun Gives

Calhoun Gives is an annual event for online financial donations to nonprofits in Calhoun County, SC. The official event day takes place on the first Tuesday in May. This year, it takes place on Tuesday, May 2, 2023. Calhoun Gives is our local, county-focused offshoot of Midlands Gives, which has raised $15.9 million dollars for nonprofits in the Midlands of South Carolina since its inception in 2014.

 

Who is calhoun gives for? 

Calhoun Gives is a local opportunity to raise money and awareness for the amazing nonprofits in our county. All residents and supporters of Calhoun County, SC, are encouraged to participate.

You can donate today and all the way until 11:59PM on Tuesday, May 2, 2023. When you DONATE ONLINE through the Midlands Gives Donation Website, your donation may be matched dollar-for-dollar. That means local nonprofits can receive double the amount of money.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Calhoun Community Development Alliance is to unite our communities and enhance the quality of life for all Calhoun County residents through a series of programs, initiatives, and services. Donations support animal shelter expansion, access to programs to repair low-income housing, Calhoun Snack Packs, and youth retention and leadership programs.
