We need teens to join our teen advisory board! If you’re aged 12 – 17, pick up an application from your school library or come into the library. The applications are due Saturday, September 30, 2023, so act fast!

Do you want to work at the library? Are you 15 – 17 years old? Are you a Calhoun County resident? If the answer to all those questions is yes, come apply to be a teen intern! Pick up an application from your school library or come into the library. These applications are due Friday, September 22, 2023, so act fast!

Announcing the 1st annual Calhoun County Holiday Market!
Now seeking vendors and food trucks for this event – please see the flyer below for how you and your business can participate.

If you are a vendor and you are interested in having a table please send us a message. We’d love to have you come out and share your creations with the community! Each space will be 10×10 and will be $20. This will help offset the cost of licensing the movie we will be showing.
We would like to limit vendors to just handcrafted items and not any direct sales companies like Papparazi, Pampered Chef, etc. We love these companies and companies like them but we really want the focus to be on the artistic folks in our community.
Please complete the short form at the following link to apply. https://forms.gle/E6riM8DsYv8izmX66

Due to the abundance of incoming dogs we have set up for a foster program! Although we have always sent dogs to foster homes we are looking to double if not triple the number of fosters we have! The more dogs we can get into foster homes means we can help more dogs that need to be brought in! Below is any information you may need! If you have questions or would like to apply please feel free to send us a message, email our shelter coordinator (email on flyer below), or give us a call 803-874-2914!
